Whether you love the hot weather and can’t wait to get outside or you hate it and need air-conditioned cover, Marblehead has it all. For sun-lovers, there is the Boston Marathon and Fenway and for sun-haters, check out Gloucester’s Hammond Castle or the Symphony Hall Pops concert.
Also upcoming is the marking of the 25th anniversary of the Marblehead Task Force Against Discrimination (TFAD), to be held at Marblehead’s Abbot Public Library. This is a triple-collaboration of Raw Art Works (Lynn), and the Abbot Public Library (Marblehead). At the event, short films will be screened from the Raw Art Works Real to Reel Filmschool. All movies are “heartfelt and powerful reflections of the makers’ lives.” After the movies, there will be a Q&A session with Raw Art Works representatives.
